What is Sculptra®?
Sculptra® is an injectable filler that stimulates collagen production to restore facial volume that is lost over time. Sculptra® can be used to treat deep lines and creases, and it give the face a more youthful appearance. The main ingredient in Sculptra® is poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which provides long term, natural looking results that can last up to two years.
Is Sculptra® safe?
Sculptra® was approved by the FDA in 2009 to treat deep facial wrinkles and folds, and there is no pretesting required for Sculptra®. Normal activities can be resumed immediately after a Sculptra® procedure.

Are there any side effects from Sculptra®?
There may be swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site. Results can be seen after only one treatment, but full results take a few weeks to manifest.
